If you are also getting Call Tap then this way, the court has given the decision

The Delhi High Court has said that everyone has the right to take information of the tracking, tapping or surveillance of their phones ...

If you find out that your phone is being tapped, you can ask for this information from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). Any user can get information about TTI calling TRAI by filing an RTI file. About this, the lawyer Shankar Bose had filed a petition. On this, the Delhi High Court has said that everyone has the right to get information about the tracking, tapping or surveillance of their phones.

Vodafone did not give information about having a call trace:

Let me tell you that Supreme Court lawyer Shankar Bose had asked for information about phone tapping from telecom company Vodafone. But the company refused to inform Shankar Bose. After this, Shankar Bose complained to the Central Information Commission (CIC). CIC had asked TRAI to give information on call tap. At the same time, TRAI had said that Vodafone is a private company and hence it is outside the scope of RTI.

TRAI refuses to disclose information:

TRAI had refused to give information on the call tap, because under the RTI act, TRAI can not provide the information that he doesn't have. Also, Vodafone is a private entity, so the RTI rules do not apply to the private sector organization. According to TRAI, he can not provide information that is not part of his records. Let us know that under this order, only those calls are available.
