How to delete Instagram Account

1.Before deleting your Instagram account, make a backup of your photos: When you delete your Instagram account, the photos and videos you upload to Instagram will also be deleted. Therefore, take care of them beforehand.

2. From your PC go to Instagram home page: It is very bad to know that there is no way to delete Instagram account using the phone. You only have to do it from your computer. Open your favorite browser or search engine and go to Instagram.com

You can delete the account created on your smart phone, but for this you also have to go to your web browser and follow the steps given below. Deleting an application from your mobile just will not delete your account.

3. Log in to your Instagram account: Click on the 'Log In' button on the Instagram home page. From here you will be redirected to the login page where you will have to fill some of your information. To do this, you need to know your username and password. After entering the username and password at the given place, click on the 'Log In' button.

4. Find your username on the home page of your account: Your username will be at the top right of your screen. Click on your username.

5. After clicking once on your username, see the option in the drop down box: When you click on your username, a drop down box will appear. There will be an option in 'Edit Profile', click this link.

6. Scroll the page down to the right: Once you have selected 'Edit Profile', then the page that will be opened will contain information about your account (which you can edit right now). But scroll down while moving on the lower side, where you have a button on the lower side which says "I want to delete my account." (I want to delete my account.)

7.Answer the questions asked by Instagram: Instagram will ask you why you want to delete the account. Find and click on the drop down box. The reason for that drop down box will probably be the reason why you want to delete the account. Select the reason you feel perfect (or that which you are most comfortable with.) Most people associate the "Other" option, but if a good reason is given in the index instead, then click that link. Please.

If you have selected any other option other than "Other", then fill in the other fields which are required by the Instagram.

8. Re-enter your password: To do this, you have to click on the box to "To continue, please re-enter your password".

9. Delete an account: A box will appear in front of which "Permanently delete my account." (Delete your account forever). If you are certain that you want to delete your account, press Enter or click on the box. Keep in mind that you can not resume the username or something else you have posted from this account as the account has been deleted forever.
