Samsung New Exynos Chipset
Samsung is announcing it latest high-end mobile chipset on November 14. This has been revealed by the company official Twitter handle.
The chipset will power the galaxy S10 which will launch next year, and it is expected that the name of chipset will exynos 9820. Past rumors have also said that it will come with dual core NPU, and an octa core CPU that will be the tri cluster affair, sporting two samsung designed Mangoose M4 Cores, two ARM Cortex A-76 cores, and 4 efficient ARM Cortex A-55 Cores.
The chip will be manufactured using the company 7 mm EUV process. This will reduce the power consumption to 50% and increase the performance to 20%.The new Exynos chipset will support a 5G modem, which Samsung is also developing (the Exynos 5100). A distinct version of the Galaxy S10 will have 5G capabilities.
